In Ukraine train tickets only go on sale 28 days (Intercity) & 45 days (other trains) in advance from the date of travel and it is only at that time that Ukraine Railways will confirm train departure times and prices.
* When payment has been received we will proceed and get you your train e-tickets from Ukraine Railways.
* These will then be e-mailed to you with further instructions.
* Ukraine Railways issue two types of train e-tickets at their discretion. We do not know what type of ticket they will issue until the tickets are forwarded to us.
# 1 - Boarding Pass Tickets (the most common).
All you have to do is to show your e-ticket to the conductor of the train when you arrive on the train departing platform. Your passport will also need to be shown.
# 2 - Hard Copy Tickets.
On your arrival at your departing railway station please proceed to any ticket sales desk and with your passport produce the e-ticket document and they will exchange it for your hard copy train ticket.
There will be information boards in the railway stations which will tell you which platform your train departs from. Please look for your train number on these boards.
